About Elizabeth de Lange

Her ambition to increase the efficiency of the drug development process, by contributing to unravel mechanisms which determine target site pharmacokinetics (PK) and related pharmacodynamics (PD), motivated Elizabeth to support QTM as Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board.

Elizabeth previously worked on:

  • Tissue barrier drug transport and the role of transport proteins herein | LACDR
  • Mechanism-based PKPD modeling & consulting thereon | LACDR & InFocus
  • Investigation of intra- and interspecies translation | LACDR
I am motivated to support QTM's mission to quantify a drug's subcellular distribution, as this will enhance the drug development efficiency
